Up to pullup sets of 12, and pushup sets of 35-50 consistently.
doing like 50 pullups a day and like 300 pushups.
plus running like 3-5 miles a day, 6 days a week.

I'm going beast mode

where's the lower body portion of this program (not including the running)

that's just my daily

I go to the gym a few times a week and do squats, the calf sled, battle ropes, and other assorted weights.
