guys what do you do when youre already on loads of drugs but dont feel high

my whole body hurts from taking speed and not sleeping last night and i'm visually hallucinating, but opiates arent helping with the comedown at all

i'm out of options, i can't drink alcohol or take benzos now because i cant mix them with the opiates. There is no drugs to turn to as a solution, fuck

you're right. it's just my whole body hurts right now.. drinking water isn't helping; eating something and getting some nutrition isnt helping; taking a hot shower and relaxing isn't helping.
My spine feels like its crooked and hunched up and it keeps cracking and laying down instead of finding some way to loosen up makes it worse
god, drugs are terrible.
