there's got to be a million douchebag wannabe dj's making shitty beat loops in garagae band so fine rather than paying $40 per track and promoting your $25 skrillex record to our patrons we'll hire one of them for $3 an hour and a few free beers. way to go recording industry keep on committing suicide we'll all be happier when you're gone.

the best part is apparently there will be inspectors nation wide to check up on events who will eat up a hourly wage and cost of gas to charge at most 40 bucks thats what i call good use of our taxpayer money

$40 per event? Seems like it would be $40 per track or $40 per copyright holder
