The FBI and RCMP (Royal Canadian Moose Patrol) are working together to gather information on a crime that took place Tuesday, March 7, 2017. A male suspect, described as caucasian, approximately 5'3'' and 360lbs. with long, unruly dark hair, was seen fleeing border patrol with what appeared to be a mutilated female body. The suspect's clothing was adorned with women's panties and is believed that he was wearing the victim's genital skin on his face as a mask.
This subject is wanted on charges of kidnapping and unlawful confinement, first degree murder, desecration of a human corpse, uttering threats and fleeing or evading law enforcement. The subject is also under investigation for criminal harassment and stalking of multiple women, both online and in person.
