Copying from a thread I made in 2013:


start off with an eye primer so your eye shadow stays on for as long as possible through out the day
then use a base color or eye shadow that is close your lily white skin pigment
now take a black eyeliner thats easy to blend and start to create the cat eye shape

next fill in the entire lid with a black eye shadow of your choice
now water your eye's waterline with black eyeliner and go over it with the black eye shadow again to make it darker and last longer

now curl your lashes and apply your favorite mascara
optional but finish off with a bright pink lipstick

Remember not to shower or it'll wash out - after 2-3 days it should look pretty rough, feel free to reapply!
