stand your ground, lie to the cops because they won't catch you (cops actually get disqualified from the job for having too high of an IQ)
just be like "I was in fear for my life, I would like to speak to a lawyer" I saw it on some libertarian gun nut youtube channel that phrase pretty much gives you a license to kill if some turdskin/trailer hick breaks into your house
