My girlfriend and I were banned from EP fitness for this, so I only do it in my home gym now, but I’m pretty confident I’ve figured out a measurable way to significantly increase testosterone production. Have been doing this for 3 months, and have DRASTICALLY increased my bench, deadlift, squat, and general aesthetics.

>bury your face in a woman’s ass for 30 seconds to a minute before heavy lifts.

>hyperventilate yourself while your face is in her ass.

>no need to overdue it. Do it before heavy lifts only.

>be mindful of others and don’t get arrested.

>careful with your boner. Wear gym pants that make it easy to hide.

We’re both biochem majors. She came up with the idea while reading some paper on human pheromones. I’ve seen serious results. There’s reliable science behind this.

Trying to come up with a way to formally document our “study” but we’ll never be taken seriously. End result would be a product that elicits the same physiological reaction, without the need for a real ass.
