Once upon a time there was a little girl named Lily. One day Lily said, “I want to be a liar”. On her ninth birthday, she lied. She lied and lied and lied again. That’s when people started to call her Lily the Liar. People never wanted to be her friend, the only friend she had was herself. She tried and tried and tried again, but she couldn’t make a single friend.
Kayla was her only friend before she became a liar. But one day she found Kayla and Kayla did not notice her. Everyone looked at her in a mean and nasty way. Lily did not like it. She does not like to be bullied and people said she deserved it.
As soon as she got home from school, she told her mum but she didn’t listen to Lily. Lily was so sad that no one listened to her, even Kayla.
So Lily decided she would stop lying and try to be a better friend. She went up to a group of people and said, “I’m going to stop lying and be a better person”. She did this so she could make more friends and not be bullied anymore. She went up to Kayla and said, “Hi Kayla! Do you remember me? I’m Lily, your friend”. Kayla said, “I think I remember that name!” and Lily was surprised to hear that Kayla remembered her.
The next day people liked Lily again and Lily had so many friends. She had a great day and now no one will bully her and she will never tell a lie.
