donny was a pedophile who was obsessed with childrens' bodies. thats why he was attracted to lisa she is 5'1 and was meth-skinny at the time, sort of like a fucked up child he could molest. but obviously he didnt care about her enough to meet her, and he had access to unlimited children in the trailerpark/apartment he lived in.
