Great hello to an old friend
I purchased this book as a Christmas present for my daughter. She's been a [MAGICAL GIRL ANIME] fan for most of her life and she's an adult now. She's read all of the original books in all their available formats. In addition she's seen all the anime, movies included.
My daughter is a literary & sequential art graduate so she kinda knows about this kind of book. She pronounced this book a hit. Great artwork & a fun very readable, engaging storyline.
Specifically, she noted that it was age-appropriate for younger readers without any of the nuances that can come up in anime that is geared toward mature readers [READ: FAGGOTS AND TALKING DILDOS]
