i like it to be fairly runny inside and uneven and just mmmm with salt and pepper. i like to eat this on toast or bread. with butter it tastes so good.

plain old poached eggs - i know its thje same as eggs bennny with out the fancy sauce and shit

hard boiled egg with a little salt

over medeim fryed eggs

eggs benedict are somewhat tacky, but undeniably the best at times. i could go for one right now. i had some fucking 12 dollars a pop eggs benedicts in NYC.

soft boiled, split 3/4ths the way up with toast slices are nice

if the yolk is hard, ill eat a fried egg but could care less

yeah omelets never do it for me either
