its a bunch of sugar and fat.

"Yogurt is healthy" is some sort of grand lie perpetuated by fat lazy women who so desperately want to believe that food they enjoy eating is somehow good for them.

"Its healthy because the bacteria in it helps your digestive tract" - if yogurt is healthy because its cultured, then sour cream should be considered healthy as well.

"Its healthy because it has vitamins in it" - the only vitamins in it come from the milk it was made out of as well as what little fruit there is in the yogurt - but as far as the yogurt itself goes, there is very little vitamin content; to say yogurt is healthy because the fruit in it has vitamins would be like saying mcdonalds is healthy if you were to mix up a bunch of double cheeseburgers in a bowl and put a strawberry on top.

"Its healthy because it has protein in it" - mcdonalds has protein in it too

"Its healthy because the sugars and fats in yogurt are gooooood sugars and fats, not those nasty BAD sugars and fats like in soda!" - the lactose in yogurt is just as capable of making you gain weight as powdered sugar. Also, the fat in yogurt comes from milk and it is saturated.

"Its healthy becau-" shut the fuck up no it isnt

i only shit 2-3 times a week, even when i'm not on drugs. i love it. Plus, the poop is hard so i dont have to do too much wiping which is a plus. It also feels good to take a big poop

i did not read this thread but you are so dumb yogurt, especially greek yogurt, is very healthy for you because it contains a high amount of protein per serving and also contains live cultures that aid in digestion you stupid fuck

I drink a lot of coffee so unfortunately I don't have that option, but shitting is the #1 life annoyance I'm looking to science to cure for me, shaving is a close second
