---Memnuns Bolted Gag---

--- Introduction and Features ---
- The gag's locking system has two different modes of operation. If you have not set an owner, you can lock or unlock it yourself, but noone else may touch it. You can also set the Timelock for period of time, but you can *not* unlock it until the time is up. If you have set an owner, They may access all functions of the gag. You can still lock it or set a timelock, but you can *not* unlock it, only they can. They can also end the time lock early if desired.
- The gag has a Garbler built in, with 3 levels of garbling. This defaults to work on channel 3, but can be set to any channel from 2 to 12.
- While the gag is locked with the Timelock, any attempt by the wearer to speak will cause addtional time to be added to the time on the Timelock. This can be disabled, or set to amounts of time from 2 minutes up to 45 minutes per incidient.
- The Owner system allows you to set a nearby person as the owner of the gag. You are presented with a list of Avatars within 15 meters that you can then choose who the owner will be. There are also options to show you who the owner is, or remove the owner.
- You can choose to make the gag available to the public or not, using the Expose/Protect button. If you are owned, only the owner can set this option.
- Notifies the Owner (person who locked it) if the wearer removes or puts on the gag while locked!
- A massive dildo will show or hide in the mouth piece of the gag, depending on wether it's locked or not.
- While locked you are not able to send IMs or read Notecards.
--- The Buttons and what they do ---
To bring up the menu, click on the wearer's gag. You will get all or some of the following choices:
"LOCK" - Locks the gag on the wearer. If the wearer removes the gag while locked, an IM is sent to the Owner (person who locked the gag).
"UNLOCK" - Unlocks the gag. This removes all restrictions. The gag can be removed with no notifications.
"RL" - This Toggle enables or disables RestrainedLife Viewer Support. This can only be toggled while the gag is unlocked, and is on accessable by the wearer of the gag. Any Owners set will be notified when it's enabled/disabled.
"YELL ON"/"YELL OFF" - Turns Yell Alerts on or off. When the wearer does something naughty, like remove their Gag while it's locked, it will say so in chat normally, which will be heard by all within 20 meters. If Yell Alerts are on, the Gag will Shout instead, and the notification will be heard by all within 100 meters.
"HIDE GAG"/"SHOW GAG" - This will show or hide all the prims of the gag. When unlocked the wearer can toggle this setting themselves. When locked only the owner can toggle this setting.
"OWNERSHIP.." - Goes to the submenu where you can set an owner, view your owner's name, or Clear your owner. When owned, there are some functions that are unavailable to you. Otherwise, there wouldn't be much of a point to being owned, would there? :)
"TIMELOCK" - Sets the gag to be locked for a period of time, after which it will automatically unlock. If you are unowned, you can *not* clear the timelock once set! If you are owned, your owner can clear the timelock if they feel so inclined. Lock can be set to as few as 5 minutes, or as much as several years...
"EXPOSE/PROTECT" - sets wether the menu is available to the public or not. If you are unowned you can choose to allow anyone to use the gag on you, or not. If you are owned, this option can be set by your owner. Setting the gag to public does *NOT* remove them as owner. They can override settings set by the public at any time.
"SETTINGS..." - Set various options about the functioning of the Garbler and Timelock Penalty. Here you can set how severely the Garbler scrambles the speech ('Loose','Severe','Painful'), What channel the Garbler accepts text on (2-12, defaults to channel 3), and Set how much Penalty time is given if the wearer attempts speaking while gagged with a timelock on. (from Disabled to 45 minutes per incident).
"HELP" - Gives you this help notecard.
--- Setting the Gag's Garbler Name ---
The gag names itself after the wearer to provide more realistic emotes. However, the gag's name can be set as you see fit, by sending a command on the garbler's chat channel (defaults to channel 3, can be changed in the settings menu). /3 *gagname* [newname]
(Example: '/3 *gagname* Kitten' would cause all garbled chat to be spoken by 'Kitten' , as in 'Kitten mumbles "aww your fguff if coow" ' )
