heres the deal. 7-11 and all sorts of food retailers throw out food before it ACTUALLY goes bad.
the "best before" date is a safety net....... its the point at which the financial equilibrium is reached (aka, the product sells for X, on the "expiration" date Y% of consumers will sue and be successful at $X/Y)
so basically, give it all to the homeless........ they wont be sueing because you can always say "look, eating slightly rancid meat that has been in a refridgerator for slightly too long is better then eating full blown refuse from a fucking dumpster"
plus, if they get sick, it would be pretty easy to blame it on heroin or eating food out of a dumpster for the past 11 years.
point being, we should beef up the homeless and then send them to iraq so that real people dont have to die in wars, only brown people (the modern day yellow person of war) and american homeless. (basically black people.... probably.... not racist... just realistic) and the more brown people american homeless probably blacks can kill, the better.
