Things are getting pretty bad out there, Staten Island is completely fucked and the body count everywhere is going up by the day.
So many people have been overwhelmed by complete destruction and loss, it's very depressing.
It's nice to know that there are people out there helping and trying to get things back to, well, at least a semblance of normality.
Please remember that if you are going to donate, research the organization you are going through. Large orgs like Red Cross are very mismanaged and only a very small fraction of your donation will get to those in need. Smaller organizations can sometime be scams so PLEASE do your research.
