She charged against Aaron Swartz for making a useful script to download documents from JSTOR, then he pleaded not guilty and released $ 100,000 unsecured bail. JSTOR content is freely available to anyone.

But Carmen Ortiz wanted to continue this case.

It means Carmen Ortiz is a murderer (didn't kill him but wanted him go to prison for 50 years or left him suicided.) and she deserved to quit her career because she has no sense of honor and justice.

It's a shame to Ortiz is the first woman and the first Hispanic to serve as U.S. attorney for Massachusetts.

He used to collect academic journal articles on MIT's databases, there no evidence to damage or mess their servers, it's related to data theft-related crimes.

But that lawyer still wanted him go to prison

JSTOR content is not freely available to anyone lol its licensed to academic institutions thats why he did it at MIT
JSTOR found out and stopped the downloads and forced him to surrender all of the data out of court without pressing charges
unfortunatley his actions violated federal law so charges could be brought against him on behalf of the people rather than on behalf of JSTOR

A White House petition calling for the removal of Carmen Ortiz, the U.S. Attorney involved in the case, "for overreach in the case of Aaron Swartz", received at least 10,000 signers

lol the faggot killed himself so we have to get all angry at the attorneys for doing their jobs

That's not nice to say that Camoron, you behaved like a nigger. (Other nice blackmen don't act like you)

There a judgement is irregular to get 50 years of prison, he decided to kill himself instead 50 years in prison.

If you did dafa-theft crime, what would you do? you have to stay 50 years in prison, you probably kill yourself in the prison

he wasnt even at trial yet there is no way he would have been sentenced to 50 years in prison, at the most he may have had to serve a year or two but in all likelihood he'd get away with a slap on the wrist and a hefty fine, maybe some community service

Swartz served on the RDF Core working group at the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C)[15], and authored RFC 3870, defining the RDF XML content type[16].

his problem is that he wasn't properly oriented to how leftists in that shithole state work

they're all part of a big old gangbang that will teach you to believe information should be free and open -- just not theirs

and when you fuck with their university/government-research cash cow, they bring down the banhammer on you

fuck their whole way of life
