=Early Life=

The Details of Kennedy's birth are not clear, since there was no official record. In an interview conducted by www.myepicdramasite.com, Fast's estranged & ashamed mother claims her vagina was too precious to bore such 'demon spawn', and instead she shat him out and was left on a curb when she realized he was a ginger. Picked up three days later by the police when someone claimed that they saw a huge moose shit on the sidewalk, Kennedy's custody was handed over to The BSG Retard Research Respite Center where he spent his first 18 years. When he was kicked out on his 18th birthday for repetitive faggotry, he spent two weeks living on the streets and exposing his rooster to women and children.

==First Arrest & Hospitalization==

After deeming him psychologically unfit to serve out a sentence Wallens Ridge State Prison he was turned over to the psych ward of the local hospital. After Dozens of physical and psychiatric screenings it was determined that Kennedy suffered from Aspergers and Schizophrenia and was also sterile (Though it is rumored that the hospital simply sterilized him for the benefit of mankind). His intelligence and general knowledge was found to be on the level of an elementary school student with severe learning disabilities. He suffered (and still suffers to this day) from many delusional memories of grandeur such as being a state wide high school wrestling champion when in fact he never even went to high school. His case psychiatrist attempted to have him live out his own delusions and sent him to a special olympics wrestling tournament where he was submitted inside 10 seconds via anal fish hook.

Late teen years

Mr. Awesome lived as a vagrant for the first few years following his release from the psych ward. He would often be seen around town threatening to "double leg" old ladies unless they gave him a dollar. He was also arrested on several misdemeanors including several counts of lewd conduct after he exposed his rooster to several people at the cities annual 4th of July celebration. He would serve a short sentence for trespassing and lewd conduct after later being found masturbating in the local baptist church.

Home & Work life

when Kennedy was last released from the psych ward he was given custody to Dr. Angela Amornegro, a field study psychiatrist. Things got strange when he developed the delusion that Dr. Amornegro was his wife, even tho she had two children from her actual marriage to Thomas Jones, an NFL running back who resides in town. Luckily for Dr. Amornegro, Kennedy is unable to get an erection and therefore he can never ask to copulate. Kennedy was given a menial job as a hall monitor at the local high school, while totally unfit for the job the faculty and student body have decided to keep him around as he is fun to laugh at and poses no physical threat to anyone at the school. Most of the day he wanders the corridors of the school asking for hall passes, if the students do not have one to show Kennedy tells them that they have been 'owned' and hangs up their personal information on a bulletin board he calls 'exposed'.

==History==
The community was formerly known as "Meneral City" and "Three Forks." The "Big Stone Gap" refers to the valley which has been created on the Appalachia Straight, located between Big Stone Gap and Appalachia, Virginia.

The Town has been in a steep decline since the Mid-1970's, many townspeople blame the downward spiral on the existence of the notorious resident Michael Kennedy, the current Guinness World Record holder for lifetime faggotry

==Museums==
Big Stone Gap is home to several museums. The June Tolliver House, located on Jerome Street, is home to the Trail of the Lonesome Pine, the official outdoor drama of Virginia. The Southwest Virginia Museum is located in the downtown area. Big Stone Gap also hosts the Coal Museum.

The town recently opened a Black History Museum at the request of resident Dr. Angela Amornegro (a.k.a Angela Kennedy, Michael Kennedy's case study psychiatrist and nigger lover). The Museum has had low visitation except on tuesdays when Angela works the gloryhole in the men's colored bathroom.

Construction and maintenance of the facility generated millions of dollars for the local economy, suppressed from a sagging history of coal mining. While construction of Wallens Ridge did provide jobs, it currently provides only a small portion of the county's population with income.

Many groups have expressed outrage at the practice of shipping prisoners across the country into a rural Appalachian community, most notably the Thousand Kites project.

Ken Hangit, the wealthiest resident of Big Stone Gap, owns a drywall company, and is one of Angela Kennedy's many lovers.

==2008 Tornado==
An EF-1 tornado touched down March 4, 2008, on Highway 58, running through downtown. The tornado caused a 300 yard wide, one mile long path of damage. It destroyed six homes, caused major damage to 15 homes, and minor damage to 25 others.

Shortly after the tornado a resident created a song about the tornado that touched down in Big Stone Gap, titled "Heartbreak on Poplar Hill" for the area of Big Stone gap hit by the tornado.

It is rumored that the tornado originated by the temper tantrums of Big Stone Gap resident Michael Kennedy after receiving his first internet ban and catching his wife in bed with Lamar Odom simultaneously.
