hold it for a few seconds.
breathe out normally.

lets begin.

with your eyes closed, SLOWLY take a deep breath in, as slow as you can, and hold the D key and keep holding it down as you breathe in.
once you've breathed in as much as you can, scoot your finger to the right and hold the F key and keep holding as long as you're holding the breath of air.
once you feel like you slowly need to breathe out, scoot your finger to the right again and hold the G key as you slowly exhale.
once you've completely run out of air to breathe out, scoot your finger to the right again and hold the H key as you continue to pause and do not breathe in any more.

once you can't wait any longer, let go of your finger and open your eyes, submit your results in this thread.
