"Anyone with information concerning Mr. Jacina's role in this matter or his current whereabouts should contact the FBI," Special Agent in Charge Michael Schneider said.
On September 22, 2021, the U.S. District Court of Ohio issued a federal arrest warrant for Kent Jacina pursuant to a Federal Grand Jury indictment related to Mr. Jacina’s activities following the death of Brenda Joyce Slone.
An arrest warrant has been issued for Kent Jacina, the FBI's office in Ohio announced Thursday. Jacina is a "person of interest" in the death of Slone, whose case was recently ruled a homicide, and law enforcement has not been able to locate him.
The single-count indictment from the U.S. District Court of Ohio alleges that from June 30 to September 1, Jacina "knowingly and with intent to defraud, used one or more unauthorized access devices, namely a Capital One Bank debit card and a personal identification number for Capital One Bank accounts." Through that illegal conduct, the indictment alleges, Jacina "obtained things of value aggregating to $7,000 or more."
The charging document does not mention Slone by name, and the FBI said only that the warrant was "related to Mr. Jacina's activities following the death of Brenda Joyce Slone."

NEW STORY POSTED! FURTHER DETAILS REVEALED
Brenda Joyce Wilson (nee Slone) case: FBI issues arrest warrant for internet acquaintence Kent Jacina
The FBI has issued a federal arrest warrant for Brenda Joyce Wilson's (nee Slone) internet acquaintence for his "use of unauthorized devices" following her death.
The indictment says Kent Jacina used a debit card and PIN number for accounts that did not belong to him between 30 June and 1 September.
Ms Wilson's succumbed to what was then thought to be chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in June of this year. An autopsy requested by Ms Wilson's sister has reclassified this case as homicide.
Mr Jacina is currently missing. His carers say he was last seen on 14 September.
Officials are searching for him at various malls and male strip clubs follwing tips received online and via the FBI's tip line.
The couple had an online relationship for years before Mr Jacina disappeared following Ms Wilson's death. Mr Jacina was to be questioned by FBI agents but was not found at his residence. He did not contact police or Ms Wilson's family before his disappearance.

FBI SEARCH FOR KENT JACINA FOCUSING ON CELLPHONE, SURVEILLANCE VIDEO
Kent Jacina’s attorney confirmed that Jacina bought a cellphone Sept. 4, 10 days before he disappeared, but said it was legitimately set up with an AT&T account and not a "burner phone."
Rocco Siffredi said Jacina left it behind at his Struthers, Ohio group home when he disappeared on Sept. 14 and the phone is in the hands of the FBI.
"Sure, they would definitely get a search warrant for his cellphone, because there is clearly credible evidence on the phone about his locations," said retired FBI special agent John MacVeigh.
From Brenda Joyce Wilson's family: Brenda Wilson's family thanks law enforcement and announces donation to foundation to help other women menaced by internet stalkers.
MacVeigh, who has run dozens of fugitive searches and captures, said agents would immediately check the cellphone records, but without a password to get into the phone, or a specialist who can hack it, they might not be able to check all of Jacina's information, such as his movements in his last days in Ohio.
And it appears Jacina didn’t have a phone then, anyway. He was seen on bodycam video telling Ohio police during a disturbance at his workplace last month that he didn't have one of his own.
“I don’t have my phone; I don’t have one. I have never been on her account! I haven't ever visited her." Jacina told police. Later in the video, he pulls out a phone -- it is unclear if was his or someone else's.
"Really, what phone did he leave behind? Was it actually his phone or was it just a phone he went out and bought?" MacVeigh asked.
MacVeigh said based on his experience, leaving a phone behind sounds like Jacina was going on the run --and didn’t want to be tracked through the phone. But, because of Jacina's mental deficit, it is questionable whether he would have planned something of this nature.
But he said the FBI has many other investigative tools and manpower in every state, plus international help to find fugitives. The FBI issued a federal arrest warrant for Jacina Sept. 23, based on his alleged use of Wilson's debit card without authorization.
"Since the warrant's been issued, the FBI can issue a red notice, which goes to Interpol and it's sent out to all the countries," MacVeigh said.
From Jacina's advocate: Carer of Kent Jacina releases statement, postcards, online forum messages from Brenda Wilson
However, MacVeigh said Jacina might have been able to get on a bus, train or plane before the warrant was issued and said Cleveland and Pittsburgh area agents are combing the area looking for evidence that might pinpoint his direction.
"I assume those agents have been around everywhere, looking from the group home to that park and at the university stadium, the route, was there any video, did anyone see him or speak to him? And the Bureau's not to going to say anything," MacVeigh said.
MacVeigh said the FBI has likely sent agents in each state from Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Kentucky to check out rest areas and gas stations that might have surveillance video. Jacina apparently travelled to his home alone, verified by carers as arriving Sept. 1, raising no alarm about Brenda Wilson. According to his attorney, he and co-workers went to and returned from his place of work in their facility's bus at least twice after this time.
Brenda's palliative care nurse reported her condition deteriorating after their attempts to reach Jacina and his carers for information were met with silence. Given her medical history, no alert was issued. Brenda Wilson was found dead on the morning of June 4. At the time her death was ruled from natural causes. Wilson's sister asked for an autopsy in September following Jacina's disappearance and evidence he had been in the area of Wilson's palliative care facility. Her death has now been ruled a homocide.
The investigation has also reportedly focused on surveillance video of a gas station and McDonald's in Salyersville, where Siffredi confirms Jacina visited between Sept. 6-8. Siffredi maintains Jacina returned home with after his Kentucky trip but then disappeared on the 14th from his Struther's Ohio group home.
Ohio FBI are working with multiple Ohio and Kentucky police. All questions are being directed to the FBI which typically does not comment on open investigations.Last edited by m0nde; 09-30-2021 at 07:52 PM.

now that Kent is safely behind bars, we can all breathe a sigh of relief.
I have been contacted three times in the past 24 hours in relation to this case, once by Kent before he turned himself in, once by Alireza Najafabadi who will finally get to meet Kent and once by Kent's lawyer, a Mr. Rocco Siffredi who tells me that Mr. Jacina is medicated and under constant care.

CLEVELAND, OHIO — The homicide of Brenda Joyce Wilson and later disappearance of Kent Alex Jacina, a person of interest in her case, prompted a prominent internet lawyer to put a $20,000 bounty on his whereabouts.
"Right now, I think everyone just wants this to go away," the popular landscape architect and internet attorney, Brian Ippolitanto, told Fox News Friday. "we hope that together we can get some answers and get justice for Brenda." Mr Ippolitanto gained some notoriety from the "oh so brave troll" case where pictures of a young woman licking a Persian man's asshole were sent to people on Facebook.
Public scrutiny fell heavily on Jacina, 63, Ms Wilson's internet acquantence, after her June, 2021 death was deemed a murder, follow Ms Wilson's sister asking for an autopsy in September, 2021.
Shortly afterwards, Jacina spoke to police at his place of work at Stambaugh Stadium as a person of interest and went missing soon after, not present at curfew at his Struthers, Ohio group home, later that night.
Several days later, Kentucky police found evidence Jacina had visited Wilson before her demise, confirming Jacina can be seen entering Wilson's pallative care facility.
On Friday, Sept. 17, police returned to Mr. Jacina's group home only for only for his carers to tell them they hadn’t seen him since Tuesday, Sept. 14, and that they believed he was missing. Ms. Wilson's sister's attorney has maintained that he’s in hiding.
The timeline of events rubbed Ippolitano, who has many children, young and old, from multiple women, the wrong way. So he’s giving to "the first person to supply information leading directly to the exact whereabouts" of Jacina.
Dog the Bounty Hunter arrived at Kent Alex Jacina's group home on Saturday, knocked on the door and met silence, but he told Fox News he'd already picked up a scent.
"The reason I went to Mr. [Kent] Jacina is I carry a reputation with me," he told Fox News. "The reputation is, ‘He gives you a second chance. He’s gonna get you, but he gives you a second chance.’"
I know what the victims feel like," he said.
On Sept. 27, Mr. Matthew Nelms, a co-worker of Jacina's, claims he witnessed him arguing with staff at Petro Stopping Center, a gas station in Gitard, Ohio, and that Jacina, visibly upset, at one point apologized to the workers.
The FBI on Thursday announced a federal arrest warrant on debit card fraud charges against Jacina for allegedly accessing someone else’s account between Aug. 30 and Sept. 1.
Mr. Jacina turned himself in to Youngstown police on October 8, 2021. He is in the custody of Ohio FBI. His lawyer, Mr. Rocco Siffredi, has said he is safe and medicated and looking forward to clearing up any confusion about his activities.
Mr. Ippolitano thanks Dog The Bounty Hunter and The American Public. The FBI reminds you to contact the FBI at 1-800-CALL-FBI if you have any tips about this case.Last edited by m0nde; 10-10-2021 at 12:04 AM.

Ohio man sentenced to 12 years in prison for 2nd-degree murder of Infamous Pedophile
By Adam Toy & Michael King
Posted May 26, 2022 9:39 pm
A Struthers, Ohio man, Kent Jacina, has been sentenced to 12 years in prison with no chance of parole after being found guilty of the second-degree murder in the death of 65-year-old Brenda Joyce Wilson (nee Slone).
Wilson was murdered in her Kentucky hospice and her body was found by carers several hours after Jacina left, police said.
64-year-old Kent Jacina was found guilty of second-degree murder in April by Judge Glen Poelman in a Youngstown, Ohio court.
In Poelman’s decision, the judge found that Jacina and Wilson were connected through a number of online relationships involving underage boys who Wilson groomed on her internet cartoon porn forum over the course of several years and that Jacina, both jealous of Wilson and knowing them to be wrong, took issue with those relationships.
Poelman concluded that he was convinced that Jacina met Wilson at her hospice bedside and murdered her by unplugging the machines keeping her alive.
Estranged from her family, the grandmother of Wilson's grandchildren read their victim impact statements in court Thursday, reflecting on how the murder of Wilson hasn't really altered their lives or anyone's, for that matter, at all.
