lol no what hurt was me breaking my internet and having to call a tech guy and the phone call ended with us both laughing at how dumb I am... I didn't know my username, my home phone number (because I don;t have a home phone plugged in, just have it for the internet) or anything and to fix it after he had to verify me with fuck all details was the most simplest dumbest thing in the world
