my mom sent my pc back to dell 5 different times becuz the screen turns off after 5 min of not using it

sometimes when it breaks it keeps flashing windows xp logo on the screen over and over in different areas and i have to unplug it to make it stop becuz i dont see the shutdown stuff on the screen and i start screaming at my mom how stupid she is for getting a dell and i get super mad and throw my kix cereal at her until she leaves
