I've never researched this but I've heard rumors Spencer was a CIA plant used to polarize political spectrum of the youth. I have no idea if this is true but Gavin McInnis has loosesly made this claim and justified it with an example of Canadian intelligence agencies blowing a small red neck white nationalist Klan out of proportion in the media in order to manipulate public opinion into a blind favor of liberalism
