Chisholm, a 32-year-old estranged mother of four, met York in Monument Valley Park in January 2012, a witness told authorities. She went with York to his trailer home at 15 El Paso Blvd. in Manitou Springs, where she, York and another man shared a half-gallon bottle of vodka. York began to grope Chisholm's breasts, and when she pushed him away, York retaliated, and wrapped his hands around Chisholm's throat, according to court documents.
