Corporate has been doing a thing where they print a survey on the back of your receipt, and if you fill it out online you get a coupon in your email. They take the scores really seriously. Today my manager took me aside and told me he had bad news. I'd gotten my first 0/5 survey. Anything less than 5/5 is considered a failure. The customer wrote:

"There was nothing wrong with the store and the staff were lovely, but I had a poor time because of the people I came with, 0/5."

So I got blamed and have to watch a customer relations DVD because someone didn't like the people they chose to go shopping with. Retail during the holiday season is crazy.
