white surroundings are not good for your mental health, they dont encourage activity or creativity. very bad colour to choose. you change it now

I didn't know that was a thing what so ever and I enjoy the white and neutral tones

your entire house should be as dark as possible ,no light, all blinds, shutters, curtains closed. if you take any pictures of your snatch they should be in low light to complement how dark af your mound is
