Nothing says BFA like the Russian monster Denis Cyplenkov. This guy has 22 1/2 inch (57 cm) forearms and holds multiple world titles for armwrestling as well as competing in strongman. He always looks relaxed and composed even when hes competing, and the funniest thing to me is he's left handed!

The famous Australian body builder Lee Priest has a serious case of BFA's. He is pretty short but damn those things are fucking vascular and huge just look...

Cleve Dean was an amazing armwrestler from the 70's and 80's. This dudes hands were bigger than Shaqs and he strengthened them through years of working on his dad's farm. He might be the biggest arm wrestler EVER and weighed over 600 lbs at one point.

Maximinus Thrax ancient roman emperor was over 8 feet tall! his hands were so big one story is he wore his wifes bracelet as a ring.

Matthias Schlitte the german "Hellboy" is gifted with a birth defect making his right forearm 3x bigger than normal. He trained arm wrestling for years and is now the German champ. I cant find his stats right now but regardless a majority of his bodyweight is in his right arm definitely giving him mega BFA status...

Roelly Winklaar another body builder this guys got some fucking guns

The strength competitor Brian Shaw has some BFA's going on. This guy has taken first at worlds strongest man. He is 6 foot 6 and almost 450 lbs! The craziest thing is up untill a few years ago he only trained for basketball.

Another legendary Russian armwrestler Alexey Voevoda. This guy became the best in the world and gave it all up to earn Russia their first gold medal in bob sleding. He will always be a fan favorite though because of his legendary wrist and bicep strength. If you ever get the chance watch the arm wrestling documentary "pulling john", over half the movie is just alexey training.

Canada's most loved strongman Louis Cyr... There are so many stories involving this guy its hard to seperate fact from fiction. One thing is for sure though: BFA

Bodybuilder Frank McGrath has BFA's like you wouldnt believe. I dont know a lot about this guys but it doesnt take a scientist to tell you that a serious amount of fucking pain went into sculpting his body.

American armwreslter John Brzenk was the king of armwrestling for almost 20 years! He works as a luggage handler at the airport so he can fly around the world to arm wrestling tournaments.

The Charger is a Special Infected that knocks down any Survivors in its way.
