You must season with lemon pepper

Don't forget salting the fish steak before marinating and I forgot to mention using Mrs dash zesty lemon pepper to make a delicious crust

i marinated the second yellowfin tuna steak in a bit of dijon mustard, some finely chopped garlic, a little soy sauce, a bit of oj, some white vinigar and olive oil for about an hour, then i seared it on a hot fucking cast iron pan for 1:30 min on each side. after cooking i slathered the steak in oil and lemon juice and it was the best fucking fish i've ever eaten. you should try it marco
