Depressed with no family or friends I'm 31 years old, virgin male. I go to therapy appointments and take medication. I'm pretty spiritually inclined I know how to meditate and things like that. I have hobbies such as Xbox, JO, my Van. Etc. It seems like I am to the final points of isolation or gang stalking. I'm not going to kill myself but it feels like I should sometimes. What should I do living in an old folks rest home?
