what stevey doesn't understand is that there is nothing he can do about going to jail or losing his welfare now. there's no trolling or lying involved. he genuinely committed welfare fraud by accepting and spending money given to him by ruby and forensic accounting will find that very easily. he's been reported and all he can do is wait and wonder if today is the day the investigation starts lol
