made a follow up call to the penguin island police a few weeks ago, got the same officer, (theres only 15 cops on the whole phillip island force) he let it slip that when they took lisa in she had to be maced because she would not relinquish her weapon and was poised to harm herself when she was taken down. the officer said it was one of the most desperate pleas for help he ever saw, and that he was not in approval of her manipulation of the psyche hospital staff to get a rapid release because she really has deep issues.
