but I hit the reset button on my tower and it rebooted and was in windows in under 10 seconds as usual so should I be concerned or does that just happen sometimes?
there were no graphical glitches on the bios screen it looked fine

everything seems to be fine it probably was just one of those random things that happens because computers but any input is appreciated I'll see if it happens later when I get home
probably a wonky motherboard, it happens sometimes. bios update might help.
it could also be it was stuck trying to autodetect your drives, if it keeps happening try reseating the sata cables.
re-solder your bios to your motherboard by hand
