people who try special growing techniques are just fooling themselves. They often apply these techniques while the plant is still immature and just about to have a growth spurt, and after it grows they think their techniques were a success.
I think its really all about caring for your plant:
1-2 times a day change the position of your lights to help prevent burn spots and to give your plant light from different angles.
Keep an oscillating fan blowing on your plants, the wind helps make them grow strong and tall
Change the tin foil you use as a light reflector at least once a week to help prevent burn spots
Also, give your plant fresh air when you can (being locked in a closet means that it might not get all the carbon dioxide that it should).
Check on your plant and examine it to determine if it might need more or less water/food
Love your plant it will generously give you copious amounts of product in return
im using generic advil with acetametaphin and my plants are growing flowers now theyre starting to smell so i bought 5 air purifiers from walmart and have them all running in my room, the advil slows down the chloronation process which kills the flowers (buds the main part you throw away) so i can have more pot leaves to smoke, you dont want alot of flowers because then the plant devotes all its energy to mating and i dont want more plants then i have time for its cruel leaving them in cages all day while im at work
