rapid mode is another layer of disk caching, it uses a shitload of ram it's essentially another ramdrive
it's kind of redundant because the OS already does this it's called superfetch

it's actually slower when copying files, you might be better off disabling it when you're loading up your SL ramdisk stevey

oh don't worry I haven't had any problems with it ever and I've been using it since first public preview so several years now and it's only gotten better I honestly doubt this will fuck everything up the hard drive wouldn't literally be the best one ever made if samsung didn't know what they were doing not counting their android phones that must be a different departments
