why would you pay so much money for headphones.. I got these obnoxious giant ones for christmas a year or two ago, supposedly "they sound better", and the fucking things fell apart less than a month later because it was cheap shitty plastic
so if i'm right and i usually am, i made the sensible conclusion that they were bullshit just like almost everything else getting advertised in the culture of bullshit
the best headphones i ever had were for an ipad/iphone. Man I hate apple but boy those headphones were built to last.. had great quality, and were the best fitting headphones in my ear. Now anything software related by apple, complete garbage, but boy their headphones are somethin else
I used to have headphones glued into my ears constantly from like ages 14-19, so finding good headphones was important
