Someone did drop hack on me in dota 2

When we are getting good progress in match, I killed someone then 10 secs later and I got drop hack, I couldn't reconnect like more than 5 times, then I changed my IP and It got working, it seems they failed to win for using hack tool, we did beatdown to them into oblivion.
