Gorilla Intellects were disembodied gorilla brains with cybernetic implants used as computer cores in some pretentious cyberpunk anime series. They interfaced with the user utilizing a large monitor displaying a horizontally stretched, monochrome gorilla face with hollow eye sockets and vertically scrolling scanlines and spoke in monotone voices, typically giving expository dialogue to the protagonist.
