I've been wondering how much nutrients can be absorbed at once because before mass produced bullshit we'd find an animal and eat that then find fruits/vegaltabes eat them a different time all giving our body time to process what we ate earlier idk if meat and vegatbles can even mix properly like the acids probably kill the nutrients before you even eat it
