I do a whole roast chicken every couple of weeks and then use the leftover bones to make broth and then the leftover meat goes into the broth for the best chicken noodle soup. Holla at me if you want the recipe! <3

Okay so for your broth:
Ingredients
Dem chicken bones
1 Onion Chopped
2 Carrots
2 Stalks of Celery
2 Cloves Garlic
1 Tablespoon Salt
2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Teaspoon Pepper

Directions
Roughly chop vegetables, place everything in a pot or slow cooker and cook on low/simmer for 24 hours. Use a strainer to remove all the solid stuff and either freeze or use in soup. <3

Ingredients
Leftover chicken from roast chicken, chopped or shredded to your liking, or whatever cooked chicken you have like a breast or whatever
4 Carrots, Chopped
1 Onion, Diced
3 Stalks Celery, Chopped
3 Cloves Garlic, Minced
1 Tablespoon Butter or Olive Oil
Chicken Broth
3/4 Teaspoon Dried Thyme
1/2 Teaspoon Dried Rosemary
1/2 Teaspoon Dried Sage
2 Bay Leaves
Salt, To Taste
Pepper, To Taste
2 Cups Uncooked Noodles
1/4 Cup Parsley

Directions
Melt butter in a pan over medium heat, or use olive oil, add onions and garlic and cook until soft. Add all ingredients except noodles and parsley into a pot and cook on medium-low for an hour. Add noodles and parsley, turn heat up to medium-high and cook until noodles are tender. Remove bay leaves before serving!
