Idk what all that means i usually use dishwashing liquid on mine
box says first start with pureology hydrte condish and gently lather with Frederek R&R. sprinkle a few drops of keratin complex powder post dry.
But i've heard horror stories from girls doing that before a date night and it looking a bit frizzy, only fixing with a pint of moroccanoil and a pre lush volumizer. i would but i can't run out to get some living proof cream.

Use shampoo for horses, it worked for me.
a mixture of comet and ammonia works too
