don't think the dude was an actual nazi, from the Russian that I can understand I've gathered that the guy is a schizo nutjob and the equivalent of an American homeless person that stands around shouting at traffic all day but he somehow has $$$THOUSANDS$$$ of dollars and lives in Mexico so he's been able to live like an untouchable king for the the past couple of years, walking around abusing the brown peasants all day and living in an adobe and corrugated steel shack castle
