I know, I even have an optus award for making the most sales one month. It's like a proper award in my port folio. A port folio is something you have if you've ever had more than one job or have an actual career. JSYK.
Try objection handling as your job in a call centre if you really want the real shittiest job. That means you deal with all the complaints and angry customers.
