I go to gym for 4 days per week, I run on treadmill for 24 minutes and I get sweat a lot, also I do liftings... nothing to motivate but try to think your heart

Try to Be consistent every day and it adds up over time you have to be really patient
Steroids in tattoos also help but are not necessary
Personally I would join the Melbourne arm wrestling club and keep going fishing and doing things that use your arms just work hard every day you will have some pipes in no time
