From BPC: Diarrhoeia

Primary indication is Tincture of Opium, (S.) Laudanum; Tinctura Thebaica.
Opium, № 7.5; alcohol, a sufficient quantity; distilled water, a sufficient quantity.

Make the opium into a paste by the addition of 25 of distilled water heated to about 94°, set aside for six hours, add 25 of alcohol, mix, and set aside for twenty-four hours; then strain off the liquid, press the residue, mix the liquids, again set aside for twenty-four hours, and filter. Finally standardise, and adjust the strength of the tincture, by the addition of a mixture of equal volumes of alcohol and distilled water, so that the finished product, which will measure about 100, shall contain 0.75 per cent. w/v of anhydrous morphine. Tinctura Opii contains the soluble matter of about 1 grain of opium in 15 minims. It is especially used in preference to the solutions of morphine to allay gastric and abdominal pain, in diarrhoea and dysentery, and wherever delayed absorption is desirable.

Dose.—3 to 10 decimils (0.3 to 1.0 milliliters) (5 to 15 minims) up to q.i.d, where for a single administration 1 1/2 to 2 mils (20 to 30 minims).

I could still get real paragoric from the rx counter as recently as 1980. It's always sickening, to see what drug control policy has turned society into by this time.

I was born, but I first died 18 years since then, and began to slowly stop ageing over the next 5-10 years. If I knew my own real birthday, I seriously doubt I could represent it in a closed-form expression, much less as m/d/y

My body still changes... I'm not warm-blooded anymore and I've lost the ability/need to thermogenerate
I've been eating gradually less since 2009, at this point I take a couple small meals a week, with one usually being a glass of hot milk and the other being a FPC shake

I'm a perfect 180lbs though, and have always been between 180-185 during the past two years.

I'm several orders of magnitude "older than you", in sidereal years, tropical years, unix-time, whatever time domain you choose. If I could find out my age, the expression of that age likely wouldn't make any sense to me nor you, given that I only know the same numerical constructs as most anyone else.
It actually really upsets me to think about how much I can remember vs what I can't remember. Will I even remember the internet after say, a thousand years of making new memories? People aren't designed to remember more than maybe 100yrs worth of experiences. And that's why I consider myself "ill", whether everything I've said above is mere delusion (God please why can't it just be that simple) or not.
