you only need to buy Operation Arrowhead, she can use ARMA II free or just pirate ARMA II I think since you just need the data from that and not the CDKey and I hear the textures in the free version are shitty but the whole game looks like shit so who cares
if the four of us would actually play together then I would just buy the Combined Operations package for her like everyone else does since I'm a big baller like that and if she tries to jew out of using a paid for copy if ARMA II I'm sure it will not even work since the game barely works when you do it the normal way never mind mix different types of copies

I doubt your computer can run this game full graphics, oh wait have you played real arma or just dayz because man arma 2 is the absolutely best looking game ever but literally requires a desktop with my motherboard in it, though that's the best part it holds three graphics cards and i7 but of course after that every part attached to it is cheap as hell and only one card you need to be playing arma 2 directly plugged into cberry to truly witness it's power
