I really want to reinstall becausee the database is really fucked up. i don't think much would be lost if someone hacked it

if i was allowed to reinstall:
- all forum files would NOT just be dumped in the web server folder
- would install only the bare minimum mods, this place has fucked up vb3 mods that were never removed, causing all sorts of template and table issues
- would get rid of unnecessary styles that aren't used and have stylevar errors
- would get rid of unnecessary usergroups
- would turn off the forum activity page, no one gives an actual shit, just go directly to the forum page
- would get rid of the spam forum, general + anime forum, don't need anything else, wtf is a spam forum anyway?
- finally: upgrade both php and mysql versions to recommended specs, which plesk, for some reason has trouble doing
