my chicken noodle soup recipe
2 lbs chicken, untrimmied, bone in. this is for the stock
summer 1 hour on medium boil/simmer
pull chicken.
add 1 tbs thyme i tbsp marjoram, 1 bay leaf. 2 tbsp lawrys garlic salt. 4 tbsp salt, 1 tbsp peppper (black or white)
let chicken cool add this prepared* 1 fist sized vidalia onion, 2 stalks celery )withe all leaves) 1tsp minced garlig or 1/8 cup garlic water
1 bay leaf (large)
put 2 medium, carrots or 1 large one
add 1 tbsp parseley
pull chiken off bones.
simmer 2 hours
add noodles
20 mins and done.
oh yeah start with 6 quarts wATER
