ugh all that wasted space... why is it that every OS is on a mission to make its interface clunkier and less efficient?

its not wasted space, i just brought up the metro menu to show windows 8, this is what my desktop normally looks like. i do all my bad stuff through a virtualbox of windows 7 which is using a vpn based in sweden that doesn't keep logs to log into a vps in sweden where i do all my dirty work from and is disposable at any time within a matter of seconds

this is just one of many of my VPS', i have unlimited of them
