im hosting a halloween party next weekend and perusing through costumes
thought this one was kind of cool, hitchcock's the birds scared the shit out of me as a kid. being swooped by magpies multiple times over the years did not help

suppsoedly if you do deep breaths and suck IN your chest/stomach when you inhale and puff it out when you exhale (the opposite of what you'd normally do) it helps improve lung capacity and endurance or somthing
