probably this one's different because it's explicitly a response to two dead blacks, killed by cops (eric gartner's death was overseen by a black cop) which just recently happened
meaning if it actually picked up momentum, which it won't, it would slowly turn into a race war
I see it as maybe relaxing things since now it's like welp scores are even.
