i like to ramp the dose of my speed because when i take it all at once it gets me way too high and i pretty much have an anxiety attack
take a little, wait til it kicks in... you can always take more with speed if you feel its not enough..
Now with opiates, you pretty much have to know off the top of your head the exact amount your going to need to get high, because redosing with opiates sucks and doesnt work that well
